The Terms and Conditions set herein apply to the usage and purchase of items ("Merchandise") from www.alvila.com.sg (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. By using this site, you signify that you agree with these Terms and Conditions.

Merchandise:

Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinuance without prior notice. While we have made every effort to ensure that the pictures featured on our website are as close as possible to the actual merchandise, we cannot guarantee that the merchandise received will match exactly to what you see on your computer monitor due to different monitor and color printer calibrations and settings.

We strive to provide the most accurate information on the Website, including descriptions of our merchandise and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times and will try to resolve all information errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible. Prices listed on this website are all in Singapore Dollars.

Postage:

Kindly ensure that the correct size, color and address have been inputted prior to making payment, as orders cannot be amended once they have been processed for delivery.

Alvila Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders after orders leave our warehouse, unless if you have opted for registered mail. 

For express delivery, all orders must be confirmed before 1pm. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that there is someone at designated address to receive parcel. Alvila Boutique will not be held responsible for any delay. For unsuccessful delivery, please contact us at info@alvila.com.sg for next arrangement. Please be informed that second delivery would take 2-3 working days.

Order Confirmation:

Orders, upon check out and confirmation, cannot be changed.  All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days.  

Payment via Internet Transfer:

You will receive an invoice upon confirmation of your order at check out.
The system will allow for reservation of the confirmed item(s) for 24 hours. Payment must be made within this time-frame to secure your order.

Once payment has been made, please send us an email confirmation at payment@alvila.com.sg with a screenshot of the transaction details (please cover all confidential information). We will verify and upon confirmation of payment received, we will send you a confirmation email and the order will be processed.

Exchange Policy: 

We love our clothing and we want you to love it too. That is why if the size of the merchandise does not fit you perfectly, you can exchange the merchandise(s) in its original condition within 14 days of delivery of parcel, for a different size (one time exchange only). 

Also, an exchange will be done only if the merchandise(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected.
All exchanges have to be done within 14 days after delivery of parcel. Please handle all merchandise with extreme care while they remain in your possession. All returned merchandise(s) must be in their original condition with price tag intact, and must be unused and unwashed. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return of any merchandise if there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Strictly no cash refunds, or exchange due to unsuitability.

The exchanged parcel is under buyer's responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Once parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to confirm the exchange details.

Privacy:

All pictures and contents used from www.alvila.com.sg must be credited. Alvila Boutique reserves the rights to pursue legal actions against unauthorized usage of this content.
Reasonable care has been taken to ensure that your information is secured and is not disclosed to any third party. However, in any event that your information has been misused by any third party, we will not be held liable for any losses incurred.

Alvila Boutique reserves the right to amend any of the above Terms & Conditions at any time.
